For every level

Beginners, switchers and returners

Where are you starting from?

Beginners

A trainee throws a combination in pad work while the partner holds the pads.

First time in the hall

Most people who walk into the hall for the first time have never done martial arts before. The groups are set up for exactly that.

There is no fixed start date you have to catch. You join in the week that suits you.

Switchers

A trainee takes his partner to the ground in a controlled way while the trainer watches the technique.

Already trained, looking for a new direction

If you have trained before, you will find several styles under one roof here. You can start with stand-up fighting and add ground fighting later, or the other way round.

Because the classes run in the same building, you do not have to change schools or rearrange your whole training schedule.

Returners

Wide-angle shot of the hall with the boxing ring and red punch bags along the wall.

Back after years away

If you come back after years away, you start where your body is today.

Two free sessions are usually enough to tell whether the class, the time and the group suit you.
